Dear Prospective Families

Unfortunately, there has been a steep rise in covid cases in our school community over the past few days. I have also tested positive for covid, and whilst I was hoping to be able to undertake the Prospective Parents’ Virtual Open Evening from home, I am just not well enough. Therefore, we are having to postpone the evening until next Thursday, 2nd December, at 7:30pm. A link to the meeting can be found below. You do not need to pre-book this and the meeting will be recorded for you to watch at your own leisure if you are unable to make that date and time.
We have been in contact with the Department for Education and Public Health, who have instructed us to implement measures from our Outbreak Management Plan, this includes not having any visitors to the school for 10 days. Unfortunately, this also means we will need to postpone the Parent Tours planned for next week on Monday 29th November and Thursday 2nd December.
There are still spaces for our Open Days on Tuesday 7th and Thursday 9th December and we have planned another Open Day on Monday 13th December at 9:30am/11am/1:30pm. If there is further demand, then we will organise further opportunities too.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have successfully navigated the challenges of the pandemic for 20 months; however, the virus is still very much with us, and we are working hard to ensure our community remains safe, happy and well.
