We strive to make sure that everyone is happy, safe and valued. We believe in all our pupils and celebrate their success. We aim for every child to feel that anything is within reach. An EYFS ethos blended with KS1 provision where children explore and learn independently and enthusiastically.
Staff who engage and support the children in a variety of creative ways.
Effective routines and clear expectations.

Displays and Learning Environments, which celebrate, reflect and promote learning.

Online Learning Journal

At Stanford Infant School, we use electronic Learning Journals, to help staff and families celebrate their children’s learning and development. Using photos, videos, and diary entries, we will develop a holistic picture of each child and how they are growing and developing.

The Tapestry platform then works seamlessly to enable these memories to be kept as a permanent record of each child’s unique journey. Parents or carers are able to view their child’s progress, the activities provided for them, and how much fun they’re having, whilst also uploading their own comments and media.

This communication helps us to build a shared understanding of how every child can reach their full potential
