Breakfast and After School Clubs

Breakfast Club

We are a proud ‘Healthy School’ and this extends to our Breakfast Club, open daily from 8 am in the school hall and serving all kinds of delicious nutritious options.

We work with Magic Booking to enable families the flexibility to book right up to the morning of the session, setting up an account is quick and easy and can be done by clicking the link on the icon above. Once done you can select repeat sessions right up to the end of the year, or ad-hoc sessions as and when required.

The cost per session is £3.50 for pre-booked sessions and £4.50 for Adhoc sessions, payment is taken via Magic Booking and can be made by card or childcare voucher.

The entrance to the breakfast club is via the hall outside doors where there is a doorbell on the right-hand side.

Please note that breakfast will only be available between 8:00 and 8:30 am as after this there is not sufficient time for the children to eat calmly and for staff to clear up.

After School Club

Pioneer Childcare is Ofsted registered and has been in operation since 2006. The club offers high quality play provision for children aged 4-11. The After School and Holiday Clubs are held at Stanford Junior School, with use of the playground, and is a place for children to relax and most importantly have fun after school. Children are able to participate in a wide range of arts and crafts activities, cooking, sports, indoor and outdoor games and free play with friends in a safe and secure environment.

The club has a specialist Infant Assistant Supervisor who is responsible for ensuring infant children are well cared for in the club, and each reception child has their own key worker.

After School Club: The children come to the club straight from school and can be picked up at any time up to 6pm. The children are provided with fruit and water on arrival and then have a snack at 4:30-4:45pm. This snack is healthy and nutritious, a couple of examples are vegetables and dips, flapjacks (made by the children), and crumpets.

Holiday Club: The holiday club is open every school holiday between 8:30am and 5:30pm. A standard day is 8:30am – 3:30pm with the possibility of adding on additional hours.
